Our first independent film from the Mara series is now complete.

Mara: The Seal Wife is a short film inspired by Selkie Folklore and set in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland.

We had an amazing time at the first ever edition of the Scotland International Festival of Cinema in Peebles. We had a great time watching a fantastic selection of films, meeting awesome film-makers and picking up some incredible awards…

Well done to the whole Mara team and thank you to everyone that has supported our journey!

We had a wonderful evening at the MiraBan UK Film Awards where we picked up awards for Best Drama Short, Best Actress and Best Film Score. Congrats to all our team!

Mara has also received an Honourable Mention from Timeless Awards a new quarterly festival based in Poland.

Our has also been selected for the 22nd FirstGlance Film Festival in LA this May. Keep an eye on their website for further details on tickets and screening dates.
